Kingsun LED Lighting Project in the Oil Refinery in Canada
Kingsun has launched a LED lighting retrofit project in Montreal, Canada, it replaced the traditional lights into LED Street lights in an oil refinery. As we all know, the lights in oil refinery are required explosion proof to prevent the fire disaster and with high luminous. Kingsun has provided an excellent solution with its LED Street lights.
SUNCOR Energy is a Canadian-based integrated energy company and has the largest oil refineries operation in Canada. Suncor has adopted Kingsun’s energy efficient 180W Apollo LED lights for the oil refineries site in Montreal. It is a retrofit project for SUNCOR to replace the existing High Pressure Sodium lights for area flood lighting application. The installation is successful and Suncor is very satisfied with the efficient lighting performance and the newly installed LED lights with 100,000 hours lamp life will help the client to save more than 50% of the electricity cost.
