Kingsun LED Street Light Project in the Mexico at October 2010.

Good news coming from our customer in Mexico, thousands of Kingsun street lights in Toluca.

Thousands of Kingsun LED Street light will be installing at Toluca city at the end of October. All this Street Light in different wattage was chosen for evaluated around 6 months period which before the mass installation proceed.

This project is the first LED Street Light pilot project in Mexico, which is more than 2000 pcs. We are using 30W Light to replace the 150W HPS Light, which can save more than 100W power, which is mo than 66%. For the 400W Light, we are using 90W to do the same job. For the biggest part of the project is the 250W Light, we are using 60W Light to replace it. This project will be testing for around 5-6 month. After the testing the government will replace the whole public street light in the City, which will be more than 100,000 pcs.

The project installation is starting from the December of 2010. The Government Officer wants our client to install some light up before the Christmas. In that case, he can prepare this as the special gift to the Citizen.

For this project, the light height is around 6 meters for pedestrian, which will gonna to use the 30W Light, the spacing is around 40 meters. For the main road, the pole is 8-10 meters, and the Street Light Pole spacing is around 50-60 meters. Our LED Street Light give the uniformity on the ground is around 0.5, which is higher than the standard requirement 0.3.
