129pcs LED street llights were installed on Picai Road, Beijing. With just 3 days, Kingsun LED street lights gave the road a brand new image. Clear, soft, pure white light was emitted onto the road, which is brighter than ever. Even the surrounding sidewalks, flowers, trees can be seen clearly. One citizen told the reporters gladly that the lights are so bright they can play chess under them. Even it’s 35meters distance between two lamps, there is no blind spots and the light distribution is perfect.
Many people are very surprised about the effect Kingsun LED street lights brought to us. In this regard, Mr. Li Xuliang, chairman of Kingsun Opto made a professional explanation to the reporters. That is Kingsun applied Tsinghua University's "non-imaging secondary optics" model with similar camera imaging principle onto high-power LED street light system. The optical lens can focus most of light beam onto designated area. The light utilization rate is higher than that of those high pressure sodium lights and other LED street lights from competitors.
