(2010-07-16)Japanese Government Planning to Lighten the National Highway with LED
LED lighting is becoming the main stream of lighting industry. More and more traditional lights will be taken place by energy saving LED lighting products. Recently, Japanese government is going to replace all the street lights on the national highway with LED street lights. One kilometer 40 pcsLED street lights on the national way in Koto-ku, Tokyo in the first period and then 50-60 lights in Kyushu by the end of March, 2011 for testing.
Stimulated by the government act, Japanese enterprises are going to accelerate the development of LED lighting products in Japan. Lowering the cost to make the expensive LED lights be seen everywhere.
