Dongguan Kingsun Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. finished the street light replacement in Picai road, Xicheng District, Beijing in just 3 days. In recent days, journalists visited Picai Road installed LED street to learn more about real lighting effects of LED street lighting.

There were 129pcs LED street lamps altogether installed on Picai Road. The new street lamps radiate clear, soft, pure white light. The avenue 16-meter-wide looks bright under LED street lamp. The surrounding sidewalks, flowers, trees can be discerned clearly. One citizen pleased to tell reporters that the lamp was so bright that they can even play chess under the lights and it’s not dim at all. Meanwhile the reporter found that no light blind spots visible on this street even it’s 35 meters between two street lamps and the light distribution between every two lamps is perfect. It’s real non - butt joints.

In this regard, Mr. Li Xuliang, chairman of Kingsun Opto made a professional illumination for the reporters. He said that, Kingsun Opto applied Tsinghua University's "non-imaging secondary optics" model with similar camera imaging principle onto high-power LED street light system.  This application find solution for LED dot lights completely. The optical lens can focus most of lights into certain area. The light utilization rate in this area is higher than that of those high pressure sodium lights and other LED street lights from competitors.
