(2009-12-26)Kingsun new street light makes its’ way to New York Intercontinental free way

After strict evaluation performed by NYDOT, an new model KS-8328/112T4 of LED street light from Kingsun were installed on 495 Road of New York Intercontinental free way.

The successful development of Kingsun 8328 series of street lights which adopt advanced design concept and standard fixture structure can achieve demand saturation for future roads illumination. 495 Road of New York Intercontinental free way is the main road connect New York and Long Island. It’s a busy road with very high traffic flow rate. NYDOT will proceed 4 monthes of on-line evaluation to these LED street lights and meanwhile waiting for debt financial supports to the said LED street light replacement project from US Federal Government. It will raise mass test and application once fully funded.

The 8328 series street lights that Kingsun Opto developed have excellent performance, and that’s the exact thing attract NYDOT.
